Margriet Sitskoorn is professor of clinical neuropsychology at the University of Tilburg. Sitskoorn shows how the information processing side of our brain doesn’t always match with the information we internalise. She showcases how easy it is to hack our brain and how human beings, organisations, media and politics, use and abuse brain-hacking. During this online talk, and together with Margriet Sitskoorn we will explore exactly how our brain is manipulated. So be aware! Sitskoorn however also explains how we can defend ourselves against brain-hacking, and how we can ‘update our brain’ in order to be better equipped for today’s world.
