The first part of the three-day Winter Camp 2021, which we traditionally organize every year together with the staff of the Faculty of Information Studies from Novo mesto and the Faculty of Media, is behind us.
In the morning part of the event, after the welcoming speeches of the deans of the faculties, the dean of FUDŠ / FAM prof. dr. Borut Roncević and the dean of FIŠ prof. dr. Matej Makarovič, was given various lectures on the topic Important aspects of the quantitative research paradigm and a discussion within the extended round table Jean Monnet Center of Excellence - Strategic Observatory for Europe 2030.
In afternoon's part of the Winter Camp served with extensive topics in the field of mindfulness as part of the lecture Healthy Workplace (Emil Karajic) and a parallel section Satisfied at Work, where the debate developed mainly in the direction of establishing a healthy organizational climate for employee satisfaction (Janez M. Kolar).The follow-up section was part of the Jean Monnet Chair set, with a discussion, including by foreign participants, on the topic of Europe 2030's Cultural and Political Economy and its Global Impact.
